I liked the whole story. I think it’s too short but it’s a good beginning to learn about this important issue in the human history.I recommend this book to young people who are starting this kind of readings.I gave 5 stars because it was a very good book to read fast.

My almost 8 year old asked me for a book on the Holocaust and I ordered him this one. I skimmed through it and was satisfied to see that there wasn't anything inappropriate or gory. He read it quickly. It gives a good basic overview or what led up to the war, the Holocaust, and the aftermath, and it includes a nice amount of pictures.

These books are excellent across the board and this particular one is just the same. Teaches a weighty subject to young kids in a way that they can understand. Great supplemental to what they are learning in history class and also fantastic for homeschooling parents.

This is such a difficult topic to discuss with children and I found this book to be extremely helpful. It also sparked a big interest in World War II with them and they keep relating information they learned from this book to new information they are learning. I really felt that this book was an age appropriate book and introduction into such a large topic for my kids.
